Our Story

Camel City Supply Co. started in October 2021 out of a sheet metal fabrication shop on Old Walkertown Road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. No warehouse. No investors. Just a veteran with a pile of surplus gear, and the belief that the people who serve — and the people who prepare — deserve a store that actually understands what they need.

We're named after Winston-Salem's old nickname, "Camel City," and we've been building this thing from the ground up ever since.

What We Carry

We started with military surplus — the real stuff. Boots that have seen service, packs built to MIL-SPEC, MREs with actual inspection dates. That foundation hasn't changed.

What's grown is everything around it. We now carry new production gear from brands like Rothco and Propper, giving you access to thousands of tactical, outdoor, and work products — from uniforms and concealed carry clothing to multi-tools, hydration systems, chemlights, gas masks, and field medical gear.
