Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Camel City Supply. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we sell. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Camel City Supply. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Camel City Supply, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the policy.

If there is something wrong with the item you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 30 days to request a refund and return the item.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

-The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

-The product needs to be in the original packaging received in at the time of purchase.

Refunds

We pride ourselves in serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified, via email of any actions taken by us with regards to your order in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

We conduct thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items will not get damaged during transit. Please note that Camel City Supply is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase.  All refunds will be processed immediately, however, please keep in mind that your financial institution may take a few days to credit your account.

Exchanges

Accepted for items of equal value.  Customer is responsible for all fees associated with the shipping process, including the price for shipping the return item back to Camel City Supply and shipping the exchanged-for-item to the customer.

Shipping

Camel City Supply is not responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for the shipping during a return process.
